Senior Partner at M&K and one of the founding members of the firm since its inception in 1984. With over four decades of professional experience, he specialises in indirect taxation and has been actively involved in handling complex tax matters.
He regularly represents clients in appellate and tribunal proceedings in both direct and indirect tax matters, bringing deep technical expertise and practical insight to dispute resolution and tax advisory. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1984.
Managing Partner at M&K, has been associated with the firm since 2009, beginning his professional journey as an Article Assistant. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012 after completing his B.Com (Hons.) in 2010.
With over a decade of professional experience, he advises clients across a wide spectrum of areas including assurance, tax strategy, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, management advisory, business structuring, and appellate representations. His work often involves assisting businesses in navigating complex tax and regulatory environments while supporting strategic decision-making.
Pradyumna is also focused on integrating technology, automation, and artificial intelligence into professional practice to improve efficiency, strengthen analytical capabilities, and create greater value for clients.
Associate Partner at M&K and associated with the firm since 2017, specialising in indirect taxation and statutory audits. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience with a leading global professional services firm, where she worked extensively on indirect tax advisory and compliance engagements.
She has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2015.
